Before construction, owners must provide Brad Page- Property Manager, with the following information:

• Window specifications

• Photo of the Window

• Contractor and contractor license number

• Contractor Insurance coverage

Approved windows are:

• Harvey Classic –  bronze color on exterior

• Andersen 100 –  terratone color on exterior

• Renewal by Andersen – half screen in terratone color on exterior

Windows may be a different color on the interior, but must strictly adhere to colors above on the exterior with window spacers so all windows are consistent from the outside.
