About Us
Brook Village is a beautiful, 19-acre wooded condominium complex of 192 units in 9 three story buildings situated across the street from the Cisco Campus and 150 acres of conservation land in Boxborough, MA. There are beautifully landscaped walkways, ponds and hard topped walking trails with a town soccer field at the end of the trail, the largest conservation land area in the town. It is an easy bike ride or walk through the conservation land on a town-maintained road connecting to the adjacent towns of Harvard and Littleton.

Our professionally managed community offers a tranquil setting on a dead-end tree-lined street with close proximity to a fully equipped fitness center and swim club, a convenience center offering liquor and wine, a pizza and sub shop, a flooring décor shop, a day care center, a veterinary practice, a gas station and a Regency Hotel.
Children living in Brook Village may attend public school in the Acton/Boxborough school system, one of the highest rated school systems in the state for academics, sports, and extra-curricular programs. The school bus stops right at our complex entrance.

Our electricity is provided by Littleton Electric Light Department, a municipal electric light department, with one of the lowest electric rates in the state at about 13 cents/kwh as of January 2021. We source our water from our own wells and maintain our own waste water treatment plant on site, as well as offer a full waste recycling program.
