Parking Policy
This program is meant to accommodate parking for the residents.
If you need a sticker, please follow the instructions below.

If you are a landlord, you must US mail or email me with your tenant(s) cars’ registration information associated with the condo(s) you own. Once this is received, the parking sticker(s) will be mailed to you for your tenant’s use.

If you are an owner occupant, you must US mail or email me your car’s registration information. Once this is received, the parking sticker(s) will be delivered to your condo.

These stickers are removable with static cling. You must display the sticker in the upper corner of your vehicle’s passenger side front windshield.

Please note that failure to comply with this program will subject the non-stickered vehicle to towing at the vehicle owner’s expense in addition to fines.

The parking lots of buildings B, C and I/J have restricted parking.
To park in these lots, your vehicle must have a blue BV Parking permit in the upper corner of your vehicle's passenger side front windshield.
Vehicles without a sticker are subject to fines and being towed at the vehicle owner's expense.
